Corrugated Cardboard Production Line is the professional equipment for producing corrugated cardboard.The 3ply,5ply,7ply,and multi-function corrugated cardboard production line mainly consist of the following equipment :Mill Roll Stand, surface paper(corepaper) pre-heater.Single facer, Conveying Span Bridge.Glue Application Machine, Double Facer,Slitter Scorer,Cut-off,Conveyer and Stacker,Steam heating System, Air compression system and Glue Making System, etc.Different models and quantities equipments can compose different models and grades 3ply,5ply,7ply corrugated paperboard production line. On the base of understanding the requirements of the customers and the advanced skills at home and abroad, our company has developed and designed these production lines with the speed 80-260m/min;the paper width 1400-2200mm and A/C/B/E/F five flutes for customer to choose from,the flute shape is UV shape and more like V shape.

Structural features:

SM-10type double facer
Structural features:
1.Heating plate surface by grinding treatment, hot plate width 600mm, a total of 9 heating plate and cooling 4 m.Heating plate with a container board production, in line with national standards for a class pressure vessel, with pressure vessel certificate and inspection certificate.
2.Hot plate with intensive gravitational roll structure. Roll adopt pneumatic lifting.

Structural features:
